Tedopres helps American Express deliver quality content with HyperSTE

American Express has selected HyperSTE, the leading tool for content quality, to help produce high quality content to its global customer base.
At American Express, providing its customers with accurate, consistent information is highly important.

To structure American Express´ content, Tedopres helped them to create a corporate dictionary via term extraction, and a linguistic and statistical analysis. After this initial phase, the HyperSTE software was able to support writers to create quality content by checking against quality issues like the universal writing standard STE, grammar and style rules. In addition, Tedopres’ Sentence Database Editor allows for an optimized reuse on sentence level.

The implementation of HyperSTE will provide American Express with high quality and unambiguous content. Thanks to HyperSTE, content quality and word reduction will lead to reduce overall documentation cost, while improving the quality of information.
