Credit Union Central of British Columbia selects HyperSTE

Credit Union Central of British Columbia (CUCBC) is the trade association and central banker for 48 independent credit unions in British Columbia, representing a full-service retail financial system that serves 1.6 million members and holds over $42 billion in assets. CUCBC operates on multiple levels to advance its goals - from functioning as the system's wholesale financial arm and technology supplier to providing the full range of trade association and development services.
An important trade association service provided to the credit unions of British Columbia is the CUCBC Operations Manual. The Operations Manual is the policies, procedures, and account documents that subscribing credit unions use to assist them in their operations, including identifying and complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
To improve the quality of the Operations Manual, Tedopres assisted the Operations Manual department with the creation of a standardized dictionary using the department’s style guide and approved terminology. In addition, Tedopres trained the Operations Manual department’s technical writers and provided HyperSTE software to ensure the quality of technical documentation against these requirements.
